Yesterday was a good day in Germany. So I thought it would be a good day to start this new blog today. After seven years of both political and moral drought in Berlin, there is a reasonable chance for the better now. After a memorable legacy of the previous government which can be summerized within the unprecedented achievements of “Scheinselbständigkeit, Dosenpfand und Schwulenehe” (=”fake entrepreneurship, can-deposit and gay marriage”), we have forces back in charge who are at least partially geared towards the issues that really matter for the people and a country. Although I decided to quit Germany for good two years back, I can’t deny my emotional bond to a country whose “law and liberty” I had once sworn to defend bravely as a soldier. Hence, the wind of change blowing through the streets of Berlin should provide the necessary lift under the wings of a country which deserves better than where it stands today.
So far the pathos of the prologue. Expect a diversity of topics revolving around globalization, media, technology and “whatsoever”. Yet, the very core as the binding glue of my interests gravitates to the ultimate question of “what is truth?”. Therefore, in the header of this blog the Latin “Cooperatores Veritatis” (=”co-workers of the truth”). Expect me to be “On the Edge”: opionated, if offensive then bluntly intented to be, however humble about my margin to err. Keen to discuss and debate and hopefully let the truth prevail.
