Renee: I know where you are coming from about Bangalore airport, I think the worst airport award should go to Bombay International and Domestic Airport. Boarding an international flight from Bombay is an experience, and checking into the domestic airport is another experience. It took me two hours to check in for a domestic fligt. And the reason? They had six people frisking the male passengers, and a lone woman frisking the female passengers! I think Bangalore is not too bad considering that this airport was not meant to handle 6 million passengers a year and have a flight take off every 2-5 minutes.

I completly understand your love/hate relationship with the Blore airport - every time I travel through there it is a mix of emotions, annoyances and sense of wonder (that they can't do something to make it more travel friendly). But, once you get the system down, it's pretty easy to master :)
