I was stupid enpugh to try and advise them that their website was garbge and a &quot;time stealer..&quot; total loser company 

They are 100% out of touch with their customer base.. and with Indian visa usually a single entry, they simply kill tourism for Sri lanka, as better airlines need to do stop overs there. I am one less tourist.</description>

I travel ~ 150,000 - 200,000 miles a year as a marketing/sales person all over the world on a wide range of airlines. 
Sri Lankan airlines service is the worst that I have experienced - Flight delays, Poor Baggage handling, Rude Ground staff and In Flight crew, etc.</description>

With the full risk of generalization, it seems to me - after living 6 years in India - that people from less developed countries like India or Sri Lanka tend to take any specific criticism like on an airline personally to the level of insulting their grand nation. I did not do that. Sure, it is &quot;bound to happen in any country or any organisation&quot;. But your defence-line is a classic: Dictatorship of Relativism. But, I was specific and shared my personal experience with Sri Lankan Airlines. Every word was true.

Exchange in my post &quot;Sri Lankan Airlines&quot; against &quot;Lufthansa&quot; and any German reader might have thought: &quot;Hm, this guy seemed to have had a pretty shitty experience&quot;, but would have never fathomed to assume that I was doing Germany-bashing in general. 

If we want to make things better, especially, as customers in a free world, we should speak up, regardless of country, creed and caste. If someone wants to misinterpret that as an attack on whatsoever higher good, he/she will do so. But it will not prevent me from continuing to point the finger at it.</description>

		<description>Its a beautiful country with kind hearts.. But I suggest if relevant authorities could advise the Flying crew how to behave on board.. 
Since I fly alot with many airlines, I observe hoe they behave on board..
Specialy the Business Class crew, should much professional when talkin, rather tryin to flirt with Passengers.
Takin phone numbers and tryin to mis behave with passengers that travels on board is a Shame to Our country and the Airline..This for some ladies in this company.</description>
