But feel rather compelled to say - I don't know/never heard of any good beaches in the southern state of johor (malaysia) apart from 'desa ru' which is supposed to be OK. if you have more time, get a flight/boat to tioman island which is quite beautiful. have fun. p.s capri from napoli is a great choice for an escapade. I love capri (if only my memory of it is not tainted by the proposal of a failed marriage in grotto azura) Not that you have asked for it - and very sure you don’t need tips from me.
