    totally, unbelievably….hilarious.

    I bet she had planned to start the sentence with “I personally believe…” and had planned to say something about the USA helping south africa and iraq… and asia, through education… probably to gain points by sounding eloquent on world matters in connection to the usa.
    somehow, it didn’t quite work out for her :-))

    oh dear.

    the question is, did she win the pageant? i hope not. that would encourage young us american girls to be an airhead :-))
