It is not a serious talkshow instead the guy with the vocal chord, lady on the wheel chair, the audience and the host are all actors/actresses. I just saw them being interviewed re: the youtube video being intorduced on Jay Leno's show as "a serious talk show on medical issues"...I can imagine even high-level media executive didn't spot the prank:-) Well acted huh?
